Our Returns & Refunds Policy
Your satisfaction is our first priority, so we are glad to give you a full 14 days to change your mind.
All we ask is that you return your goods in the original packaging in resaleable condition for an exchange or full refund.
Returning Unwanted Goods
If your products are no longer wanted for any reason, you have 14 days to return them to:

Please send your request by email to email@example.com and we will arrange for the return.
You are responsible for paying the return postage, and we advise you to use recorded delivery with insurance rather than ‘proof of posting’ which is not a proof of receipt. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days of receipt, please allow longer over the busy Christmas period.
Returning Faulty Goods
We provide branded quality products. Very rarely goods get damaged in transit or are faulty. If this happens, we will, of course, refund or exchange at no cost to you. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for the return.
If your goods don't live up to your expectation please contact us at email@example.com and Kindly let us know and give us the opportunity to put things right. If pieces are missing or not working we can usually sort it out quickly. We'd much rather retain you as a happy customer than read reviews later about a unfortunate experience.
Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
If we have not dispatched your goods we’ll happily cancel the order.
If goods are already on their way we ask you to reject delivery if you are able to, or return them to us at your cost, please email us on email@example.com to arrange for the return.
Please be aware that proof of posting is NOT proof of receipt and for this reason we recommend you use a signed-for insured service.
